Day 1: Start in Punta Ala – Heading to Elba

Your sailing trip begins in Punta Ala, an exclusive harbor with excellent infrastructure. After a brief check-in and taking over the boat, you sail towards Elba, the largest island of the archipelago. The destination for the first day is Portoferraio, the capital of Elba. The historic harbor with its colorful facades and the imposing fort offers a picturesque welcome. Enjoy the evening in one of the many trattorias at the harbor and taste local specialties like “Cacciucco,” a Tuscan fish stew.

Day 2: Portoferraio – Capoliveri

On the second day, you explore the southern coast of Elba. The destination is the charming town of Capoliveri, perched on a hill and offering a fantastic view. Along the way, you can anchor in picturesque bays like Spiaggia di Barabarca or Spiaggia di Lido to swim or snorkel. In the evening, the lively atmosphere of the town center with small shops and restaurants awaits you.

Day 3: Capoliveri – Porto Azzurro

From Capoliveri, you continue to Porto Azzurro, one of the most charming harbors of Elba. Along the way, a detour to Cala dell’Innamorata bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is worthwhile. Porto Azzurro delights with its Mediterranean flair, small boutiques, and first-class restaurants. End the evening with a glass of local wine.

Day 4: Porto Azzurro – Pianosa

Today gets adventurous: You sail to the island of Pianosa, a protected gem of the archipelago. The island is known for its pristine nature and crystal-clear water. Since Pianosa is part of the national park, visitor numbers are strictly regulated, making the island an exclusive destination. Use the day to snorkel or take guided hikes. However, note that anchoring is only allowed in designated zones.

Day 5: Pianosa – Marina di Campo (Elba)

After a relaxing morning on Pianosa, you sail back to Elba, specifically to Marina di Campo. The picturesque town is located in a sheltered bay and offers a long sandy beach, perfect for relaxing. Marina di Campo is known for its laid-back atmosphere and small restaurants right by the water.

Day 6: Marina di Campo – Island of Giglio

On the sixth day, the island of Giglio is on the agenda. This small but impressive island enchants with its clear water and charming places like Giglio Porto. On the way, a stop at the small island of Montecristo is worthwhile, but a visit is only possible with prior permission.

Day 7: Island of Giglio – Return to Punta Ala

On the last day, you sail back to Punta Ala at a leisurely pace. Along the way, you can take the opportunity for a final swim stop, for example, in Cala Violina, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. After arrival, there is time to end the evening comfortably in Punta Ala.
